All completed design files, websites, or digital assets will be delivered after full payment clearance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
BrandNova Solutions retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio for marketing purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Once a service has been completed and the agreed-upon deliverables have been provided to the client, payments are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We are not liable for refund requests solely because a client changes their mind after receiving the completed service and deliverables, provided the service was performed in accordance with the agreed terms.
